THis is the seventh year I have stayed at the luxmar apartments, I find the staff friendly and helpful. My friend that also holiday in benidorm each year find the luxmar staff friendly. It is only a five min walk from the beech the town square is in walking distance too where the night life is, saying that it is still far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise. I will be booking the same apartments next year. Happy holidays

DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDED!! It's a RIGHT RIP OFF!!!!
Took a chance after bad reports concerning staff! Wish we hadn't!!
On arrival we were charged Breakage Deposit of 100 euros(for 2 females 59 & 61)which was NOT RETURNED- denied ever receiving it. Even tho it clearly states on a notice attached to reception desk - "50 euros(£40)per person deposit por favor" Receptionist called us liars which was very distressing!
We didn't even receive a receipt for our balance for the apartment until they received our complaint & they sent it by email 2dys AFTER returning home!
We had to sleep with a chair behind the door as all the bedroom doors on our floor looked like they'd been jemmied open! When we came home we read a report that someone was broken into & robbed as they slept! (They also got nowhere with staff)
You have to put 1 euro in telly for 1 & half hrs viewing but it lasts just under 1hr!Don't put 4 euros in for a 4hr film cos you still only get 1 hr.
We thought by handing our keys back we would have received our deposits back.But we're lucky. After reading another report some people only received 1 key & their room was broken into possibly with the other key.
On reflection I think they took the opportunity to take advantage of 2 mature females. However, word of mouth is the best form of advertising!!!!!!!!

rooms fairly small for 3 people but were clean tidy. appts were further away from beach than expected but were close to shops some bars. good location for peace but not to far from nightlife. overall a nice stay.

good clean app like the friendly 24hr reception staff had a great stay there pool area could do with a little make over i will be back though thank you

although very clean apar hotel very noisey with gangs of boys and girls not for families.also you have to pay a cost of 40 pounds on arrival per person in case of damage to room,staff are friendly but think twice if going with your families. still had great time though

we traveled to the luxmar apartments in july for 12 nights we were worried about this aparntment it had bad review my wife my self and my daugter and her friend who were 17 it was a clean and livly apartment and every body got on with each other i have no complaints it was a brillent holiday wel be back in october carnt wait thank to the luxmar for a brill holiday

Big thanx to everyone at Luxmar. Really had a great time. Staff are really friendly. noise is keept to a minimum. Clean appartment. Someone always at hand if needed. The pool is is kept clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. definately would visit again. Thanks everyone..

Although this hotel was cheap, i found the accomadation very poor it was clean but badly in need of updating and iam sure unsafe. I didnt feel surcure staying here, in fact i left a day early this hotel is not suitable for famlies. i was very disappointed. i also found staff unhelpful

i enjoyed my stay ifound the apartment was very clean and warm i did not like that you at to pay to watch tv . which was allways freezing on chanels you like to see itv bbc it was all so very quiet and peaceful.
