A lovely central hotel. Arrived after midnight and a cold meal was waiting for us, i had emailed the hotel before hand for a particular floor which they honoured.A well managed very clean hotel. Enjoyed the New bar adjoining the Marina called the Secret Fountain a real little sun trap. This is our 6th time in the marina, god willing we will return.

On arrival found that the room booked with a pool view was not given only after complaining was I given the same room booked. The air conditioning was even less than a whisper. The cards continually failed meaning a trek back to reception to re-program them. The lifts were not syncronised properly and there were hardly any tv programmes in english. The food was OK but it's the first hotel where I have had to pay for water with my meals. Otherwise the staff were efficient and courteous, the cleaners did an excellent job, I believe the entertainment was good and the facillities were up to scratch.

Overall excellent. Couple of slight problems, waiting for lifts seemed to take quite a while, we were on floor 15. My friend and I quite fit, so we did the stairs a lot.,but might not be so good for elderly, or infirm people.
Very disappointed with pool area, could not sit there at all during the day, due to the building work qoing on, noise terrible. As we were on a Budget we were incoinvieninced because we had to to to the Beach more often than we would have done, and pay 6 Euros a day each for sun beds and umbrellas.
Otherwise excellent- No yobs staying there.

En general todo bien-notable.
En horas punta (desayuno-cena), los ascensores parecen insuficientes y muy lentos.
Las habitaciones acogedoras y con una terraza muy agradable.
La comida, sin grandes pretensiones pero suficiente para contentar a todo el mundo.
Valoración global 7.

EL HOTEL MUY BIEN SITUADO,A POCOS METROS DE LA PLAYA Y EL PASEO.HABITACIONES AMLIAS(LA QUE YO TUVE 2 CAMAS DE 1,35)EL AVISO DE UNA AVERIA SE SOLUCIONO RAPIDAMENTE.PARA REPETIR SIN DUDA ALGUNA.

We had a lovely stay at the Marina Hotel. We were a party of 8 people. Reception was always helpful and friendly and checkin and out was quick and efficient. There was plenty of food, choices for everyone and it was hot. Christmas Day lunch was amazing 7 courses all turning up at the table hot and tasty the waiters were fast and helpful and there was a good atmosphere. There was dancing and entertainment in the evening every evening of our stay so we could have a dance there if we did not want to go out. We would certainly return to this hotel. Thankyou.

As you can see iv'e given all 10 out of 10. The hotel is so friendly,so grand,and so helpful,with a very warm welcome.
Could not fault it at all,but if they could tweek the start time of the evening meal from 7-30pm to 6-30pm that would be just perfect. Thats my only gripe,it really is.
This Hotel is just perfectly situated, with access 24hrs,and bang on the doorstep for the busy nightlife,your spoilt for choice on food,its well nice.
The rooms are so clean,spacious,and grand,well worth the money.
Will definitely stay here again.

The choice at breakfast was excellent, but the "hot food" was always quite cold. It would have been lovely if we had had a hospitality tray in our room.
The staff were extremely helpful and very curteous. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have really enjoyed it. Unfortunately this last stay at easter was dissapointing. Hotel is lovely but the dining room was some-times a nightmare.
(1) Lots of children quite often unsupervised
(2) having to wait for tables on several occassions
(3)Having to wait for quite some time for more food to be brought out.
We have never encountered this problem before but it seemed as if the staff just could not cope with volume of guests.

HAVE STAYED AT MARINA 3 TIMES IN ALL, THE LAST BEING EARLY MARCH WITH 7 COLEAUGES ON AN ANNUAL GOLF TRIP,EVERYONE AGREED IT WAS VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY WE WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR,
WOULD RECOMMEND A TRIP TO A RESTRAUNT THE EAGLES NEST, IT IS UP TOWARDS GUADALEST WE WERE WERE PICKED UP AT CHURCHILLS BAR, BY THE OWNER JOHN AT 12 30pm AND HAD A FANTASTIC MEAL AND WERE BROUGHT BACK TO MARINA AT 7pm. CAN RECOMMEND THAT,
would recommend this hotel to anyone just a short stroll to the beach and you are in the centre of night life etc, all in all a good hotel friendley clean and excellent value,

Enjoyable stay at the Marina. Food was good without being excellent, considering the amount of residents staying, I had no complaints. Rooms were clean and tidy although one lift was out of order and it was frustrating waiting for lifts, especially when you were on the 14th Floor. Staff were friendly and courteous and the location is excellent being amongst the centre of entertainment.

Stayed at the Hotel Marina 8.1.2008 for seven nights. Impressed with general appearance of the hotel, attitude of staff and speed of check-in. Room of good standard, good choice of food which was always hot, at the time quite a lot of spanish in the hotel so obviously catering for different tastes. Maid service excellent - towel change daily if you request. Hotel ideally situated and would definately stay again.

My partner and I have been to the Hotel Marina on many occasions and have always had a brilliant time. My only comment would be is that the staff usually have trouble finding our booking details. We always book through the Benidorm Spotlight site but they seem most confused. However we always carry our confirmation of booking paperwork which ensure that we have always received a room.

This hotel is fine. The food is very good - plenty of variety and in good supply - contrary to all the rubbish comments! The area is busy and a little noisy but not too bad at all. Very clean and fresh towels each day. I felt that the children's pool was too deep for small children and the adult pool is also if, like me, you like to put your feet on the bottom! I personally would prefer other hotels I have visited but there is certainly nothing wrong with this one.rnrnrnrnrn

this hotel was well run from the reception to the maid service. The meals were very good with alot of choice. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The lack of evening entertainment although not a big problem for us could be for others. Lifts when working were fine however we had spells when we on had 1 of 5 running.

spent 9 nights at Marina food was very good rooms good and very clean pool area excelent and also very clean entertainment is a bit limited but not a problem as in good position and plenty near and around hotel we all enjoyed are stay and would go back

This is a top class hotel.It is centrally located in the Lavante area, giving us easy access to the beach, shopping and night life. The staff at the Hotel were always curteous and spoke English very well. I would go back to this Hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

We, all 9 of us had a wonderful time in your hotel.
The food was excellent, the accommodation excellent, also the entertainment and the staff were courteous and helpful.
We will be returning in the Autumn. We were there in December 05 for the first time and recommended it to all our friends

the hotel is in a good central position very close to the beach, shops entertainment etc. the hotel has a very large reception area with plenty of reception staff ,no waiting. large well decorated lounge.the dinning room is more than adequate with a good variety of food.the bedrooms are of a good size with modern fixings. this has been my second visit to this hotel this year-06. and i will be going again later this year.

Marina Hotel was absolutley fantastic.Everything was so clean and fresh. The room service maids where excellent, and very polite. As for the food, if you could not find something to suit, it was not from the want of trying by the chefs and hotel staff. I highly recommend the Marina Hotel to anybody, and hope to book in again next year.

I stayed at the Marina for 10 days in January and had a marvelous time. Although (being January) the pool was closed, but this did not spoil my stay in any way.the staff are friendly,the rooms spotless and the food,entertainment and service,excellent. I am returning in September and would recommend the Marina to anyone.
