i booked this apartment after reading the mostly positive experiences of other people. after being dropped off at the apartments i must admit was a bit sceptical as at first glance the apartment block didnt look in the besy of condition.i then left my wife at the titanic pub across the road whilei went to the alpha apartmets to collwct the keys/150 meteres away.my heart skipped a beat when the receptionist said there were no keys for me but then he made a phone call then the keys turned up some 20 minutes later,panic over. the apartments were small but comfortable ideal for 2 adults with great views from the 2 terraces every thing you needed was there toasters kettle etc and if i have a complaint it would be that we didnt see a cleaner all week although we did get 1 towel change.a bonus was that all the spanish residents were all friendly and greeted us with a nice ola everytime we seen them.just the job for anice quiet break,give them a try.

Situated in the quieter part of Levante.Basic but clean and excellent value for money. Very friendly Spanish residents. Lovely pool and surrounding area which was very quiet. The Titanic Bar just over the road has very reasonably priced food and the service was brilliant. I would definately use the Mariscal V11 again.

When arriving at the MARISCAL VII APARTMENTS don't make the same mistake as we did and go strait to the apartments. First you must go to the reception which is down town. We blamed the taxi driver but it did not help at the time,
When in the apartment it was very clean with good space for 4 adults so a family would be ok. We were very high...14up....but the balcony(2 off) is all glassed in and child safe. Across the road is a nice pub called the titanic so you ain't got far to fall home at night. All in all nice apartments with hell of a view.

The Mariscal 7 are clean well furnished spacious apartments ideally situated, ours had the added bonus of a washing machine. They are the most peaceful and quiet apartments we have ever stayed in. The system of booking was ideal the cost booking over the internet was unbelievably low and all the staff we came in to contact with were a delight to deal with. We even managed a 2 hour extention to our checking out time which was much appreciated. Sadly for a various number of other reasons we do not intend returning to Benidorm in the forseeable future but should it,s decline reverse we would almost certainly seek out the Mariscal 7
