unfortunately we did not stay at Mariscal 1 on our arival we found we had been transfered to Gemelos 4. we had stayed there before and did not realy mind but the transfer coach had already dropped us off at the Mariscal 1 and we had a long walk uphill to the other apartments however once we had recovered our breath we had a great holiday with wonderful weather wish we were still there.Margaret Wright {thank you} wrigbenn @ blueyonder.co.uk

The apartments where very secure and in good location.The local people nice and very friendly, we managed to get our keys early on arrival, and we were able to keep our room a little later on our departure day (not always possible)we would book with Spotlight again in the future.

the apartment was really clean but the only thing missing was an iron and also i prefer a lower floor im not fussy on heights id recomend any of the mariscal apartments really quiet.

We were very pleased with the apartment. the only thing we could quible about is the kitchen did not have many pots so if a family were in it they would have problems if they ate in. It is very convenient for the beach, clubs, shops everything.

The apartment was very spacious. It was very well situated for the beach and pubs and clubs. It is also very flat in that area for anyone with mobility problems

We were in Marscal I from 04.10.2007 till 11.10.2007. The appartment is in the center of Benidorm on the 15th floor, so you have a nice view over sea. When we are coming to Benidorm the next year we will rent Mariscal I again.

A very central, budget- priced apartment which is convenient for bars etc and with a good supermarket virtually at the door. It is not for the light sleeper however because of the traffic noise on Avenida Europa. No washing machine which is no problem for short stays, but we found the water heater capacity a bit too low for a good shower.

Apartments spot on, we only used them as a base but the beds were comfortable. We had two apartments, one on the 2nd floor and one on the 14th floor. The shower worked better on the 14th floor as the water had less difference to travel. The view was better from the 2nd floor!! The key collection could have been easier and it would have been better if the staff in the office spoke better English. If you are travelling to these apartments ensure you have cash available to pay your balance and also to pay your deposit. We had difficulty with the deposit as there was no indication anywhere on the paperwork that it had to be paid in cash. It would also have been of assistance if the staff had explained how all the keys worked and how you could get to the pool. Overall we were satisfied as the good value overrides all the bad points.

It was a nice apartment in a very nice location. It was near a busy road but during the night we found it quiet. I recommend this apartment if you like being in a central position, close to the beach, bars, town centre and local amenities.
