Centrally located, excellent value hotel.
Would appear to have been refurbished in recent years to a good standard, although beds and pillows could do with a review.
Walls a little thin, but not to a nuisance level.
Friendly bar on ground floor.
Didn’t eat in restaurant, but it sounded well patronised.
Stayed over New Year period and had a great time - in fact have rebooked to stay with 6 friends and their kids at the end of february - easy for us as we live in Spain!!
I would recommend this Hotel if you don’t want to be in a package holiday environment and all that that entails.

I like the short distance to all shops and bars and of course to the playa also. The price is very good and this was my second year I stayed at Mayna. The que to the one and only elevator was sometimes frustating but who cares, on vacacions one have the time to wait one or two minutes more. The staff is friendly and Im glad the credit cards are accepted, See you next year again hasta luego

Had a great holiday at the Mayna Hotel a bit noisy at first but we got used to the traffic Very central hotel for old town rooms clean and staff helpfull could do with a bit of veriety in food Yours A. Fraser

The hotel is far nicer inside than appears from the outside.Having been recently refurbished the rooms are lovely with laminate flooring throughout, i was pleasantly surprised.Yes there is mainly spanish staying there and spanish speaking staff but they were very helpful and friendly and i would recommend it and will def stay there if i return to benidorm.

Mayne is a nice and clean hotel, is very quite even if just a 2-3 minutes walk from the big center of Benidorm.

Thanks. I think that the service was very good. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. An special big 'thanks' to the Restaurant's maitre. I'm truly sorry I can't remember his name. I'll be recomended Mayna Hotel to my friends. Ta
