we have tried several 4star hotels in benidorm over the past 7 yrs but this definately the best.the staff are all excellent & in the whole hotel we never found one who was not pleasant happy & always willing to help.the food was excellent good quality & variety & presentation.once again there is no need to pay for parking as there is plenty free near the hotel & the bus service into town is very near.they say the proof of the pudding is in the eating well it certainly is for us as we are going back for my wifes birthday in december & again for xmas cant wait

excellent hotel good food always something hot or cold you wouldn`t starve. very clean. place to smoke. the staff are very pleasant. the only thing that lets it down is the entertainment good bingo with prize money but only things like flamenco dancing but we are going back in september and looking forward to it
