excellent hotel good food always something hot or cold you wouldn`t starve. very clean. place to smoke. the staff are very pleasant. the only thing that lets it down is the entertainment good bingo with prize money but only things like flamenco dancing but we are going back in september and looking forward to it

Although we only live 2 hours drive from Benidorm my husband and I decided to have a 4 day break there. We chose the Mediterraneo Hotel because we had booked to go to the Benidorm Palace on the Sunday evening and thought it would be very convenient. However, we could not have chosen a better hotel in the area. The staff were very pleasant, rooms kept very clean and could not fault the food. If I had to improve the facilities, it would be the nightly entertainment and the lounge where it was presented, which I thought could do with a make-over.

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL ON THE 20 OCT 08 WE WERE PLEASENTLY SURPRISED THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY
THE ROOM WE WERE GIVEN WAS MASSIVE AS HOTEL ROOMS GO. WE WENT ALL INCLUSIVE FOR ONLY FOUR NIGHTS THANK GOD THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. BREAKFAST WAS OK EXCEPT FOR UNCOOKED EGGS- BUT YOU CANT GO FAR WRONG WITH BREAKFAST CAN YOU. LUNCH AND DINNER WERE AWFUL THE FOOD WAS TYPICALLY SPANISH - YOUR MIGHT THINK WHAT THE PROBLEM WE WERE IN SPAIN AFTER ALL. BUT WHEN YOU CONSIDER THAT 85% YES THATS A WHOPPING 85% OF THE TOURISTS THAT GO TO BENIDORM ARE BRITISH - WHATS GOING ON.
I GOT A PIECE OF CHICKEN FOR MY CHILDREN ON THE FIRST LUNCH MY CHILDREN ARE 2 AND 5 SO THANKFULLY I HAD TO CUT IT UP FOR THEM IT WAS COMPLETELY RAW DISGUSTING HAVE THEY NEVER HEARD OF SALMONELA. SO AFTER PAYING FOR ALL INCLUSIVE WE THEN HAD TO SPEND MONEY ON FOOD.
ALSO I ONLY DRINK DARK RUM AND LOW AND BEHOLD IT WAS EXCLUDED FROM THE ALL INCLUSIVE MENU 2 EUROS SUPPLIMENT FOR THE LOCAL CHEAP CRAP. BEWARE MANY DRINKS CARRY A 2 EURO SUPPLIMENT
AFTER SAYING THAT THE ROOM WAS LARGE AND LOVELY IT TOOK 3 DAYS FOR THE BLACK HAIRS TO DISAPPEAR FROM THE BATHROOM - ALL OUR FAMILY ARE BLONDE
THE ENTERTAINMENT ON A NIGHT WAS MIXED BUT MAINLY IN SPANISH
CAR PARKING AT THE HOTEL WAS A FAIR PRICE 7 EUROS A DAY AND THANKFULLY WE HAD A CAR THE HOTEL IS THAT FAR OUT YOU NEED ONE A VERY LONG WALK TO THE BEACH PROBABLY MILE AND HALF TOO FAR WITH KIDS OR FOR OLD PEOPLE

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Rooms spotless and quite spacious even with baby in tow. Variety of food even for 1 year old child. Would use again.

this hotel is amazing it is the best in benidorm it is very close to the water park and zoo. the clenleness is very good there is always someone cleaning the floors rooms are good the pool is big but can be a bit cold. the entertainment was exellent even the kids 1 ! i would deffinatly go back here again.
