Very nice 4 star hotel - staff were polite and courteous - could have done with a few smiles at the pool bar! We only had breakfast there which was superb, a very good choice on offer.
The room was clean and everything worked fine. Location-wise, its a bit of a jaunt to the centre and old town, but the bus picks you up outside and only costs 1.25 euros. Taxi back from the nightlife cost about 6/7 euros. Will stay here again next year!
A Fab Hotel!

We had a lovely time, the hotel was brilliant, with great facilities and close to everything. My only negative was that there was some confusion over the bill, I was overcharged and when I pointed it out the receptionist didn’t apologise, so it made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

My girlfriend, her two teenage children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were most impressed with the Melia hotel standards.
My family, girlfriend and I are returning again in October for another holiday break.
If I could make a small suggestion it would be that to have tea and coffee available after dinner in the main dining room it would be greatly received by the Irish and British visitors who like a cuppa after dinner...
See you all soon.

on arrival the room was dusty, and the floor had broken glass on it,also a dirty pillowcase on the tv table, the 2nd day it had been cleaned, but the maid took the hand towels and we had to ring reception 3 times before we got clean ones, excellent food, excellent service except for the towel and dirty room problem, all staff 100 per cent friendly.

We had a fabulous time at the Melia Benidorm.
Our only criticism was that it was extremely busy on the Saturday night and there were queues to get into dinner. However the staff were friendly and efficient and were giving guests free sangria.
The sheer variety and quality of food was excellent.
The room was spacious and well equipped.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone
