Staff very pleasant and helpfull especially customer service person Angela i think that was her name.The hotel was clean,had a good choice of food both hot and cold and the Hotel had a friendly feel about it.I was on my own but felt comfortable and relaxed i would recomend the hotel to anyone and will go again.Also booking through Spotlight was so easy even for me a novice to the comp.

just back from a short visit lads break to the Orange. There were 22 of us and every one agreed that the facilities and location of the hotel was perfect.Food was delicious and the rooms and pool were excellent. Night life was just a couple of yards from the hotel. Will be back next year

I have stayed at the Orange twice now and both times I have had excellent service from them. The rooms are great and the food is lovely, my last visit i stayed there on my own while my friends were in another hotel and i felt safe and secure, I recomend the hotel Orange to anyone,

Would stay here again, the only issue I had was that we could not talk on a night due to older couple next door complaining and security telling us off!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was superb as was the service, The rooms were fairly plain but very clean with a large screen TV with some sky channels. Very helpful reception staff. All in all I would recommend this hotel which is very central to the Benidorm nightlife which is right on your doorstep. Something extra that I nearly forgot the Air Conditioning is very good in your room without it it being noisy.

having used the facilities of Spotlight in the past, once again may I thank you for your excellant service. I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements in many ways made at The Oreange Hotel, particularly with the Food on offer since my last visit 18 months ago. Hi I stayed at the Orange Hotel for my stag party last wkend, and my fiance stayed there 2 wks prior for her hen party.
We both had an absolute ball and location couldnt have been any better. It is right in the heart of the pubs u end up in at the end of the night which is most likely cafe benidorm. U literally are across the road. Hotel is spotless and food is lovely. Ideal for wkend break away. If staying for a relaxing break wouldnt reccomend though as walls quite thin so can be noisy, not that I noticed personnally just one of the sober members of our party did.

We stayed here for the November Fiestas - and checked in early which is a real bonus when you have had an early flight and need a snooze. The only downside is the soundproofing of the rooms. You can hear every footstep and conversation! Apart from that it is a brilliant hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food good, hot and plenty of choice. Obviously due to its location the outside noise can be a problem but once the balcony doors are shut it barely noticeable. You get the sun for all the day on the balcony. I imagine it will be suitable for all throughout the season.

My 5 friends and I really enjoyed your stay at the Orange Hotel. The facilities and food were first class. The central location was also excellent because you could walk to all the bars/restaurants without the need for taxis.
The only thing we would say is that on arrival we think the hotel staff could have been a little more welcoming, but overall a very pleasant stay and we would certainly recommend it and visit again in the future.

My friends and I stayed at the Orange Hotel September 2008 and had a fabulous weekend. The hotel itself was welcoming, spotlessly clean, in a perfect area of Benidorm.

We would not hesitate to book this hotel again, or recommend it to our friends.

Ideal situation for the Nighlife of Benidorm and for access to the Beach.
We had a relaxing short break and would stay again at the Orange Hotel.
It would have been nice to have had access to an evening bar not in the Sanctury but realise staff cannot be in two places at the same time

We had a wonderful 4 days in the Orange Hotel, it was my third visit. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and market.

The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the service excellent. Accommodation was very good, rooms kept clean and tidy by the cleaning staff.

We will certainly stay again soon.

Unfortunately the reception staff were the most disappointing aspect of this hotel; they would just ignore you and play with their computers rather than assist or help. They just seemed to go out of their way to be ignorant. When eventually they do deal with you, there is no eye to eye contact, as if it is all just too much for them.
They wont answer incoming calls if they can at all avoid it, so dont rely on your family being able to call you when arranged.
The food was "OK" but the organisation of it within the restaurant is very hap-hazard and could definitely be improved upon.
Pool is very nice and housekeeping staff very friendly, a nice hotel, in a nice area, but beware reception.!

Dear All
Its my second time back at Orange and i am back again in May making it visit No3 so its not that bad at all.
Central to all you need and the hotel staff are helpful and polite.
Rooms basic but all we needed was good clean facilities and the Orange delivers just that.

cant fault this hotel at all even though it was next to the nightlife you couldnt hear it . food was great ,very clean rooms .would definately stop here again .

The Rooms were very clean and very well spaced but were a bit small dont no how more than 2 people could stay in there. Food very nice but have had better but i have also had worse.The pool was small but ok and jus enough sunbeds for everyone. Reception staff were not very pleasent. Entertainment was ok but many did not turn up or late.rnEnjoyed the holiday but the surrounding area of the hotel is for quite young people because of all the clubs. overall holiday good.

Me and my friend Vanessa travelled to the Hotel Orange on 21/6/07 we had the best time ever,the hotel was spotless, the food was excellent though if you went late to any of the sittings they had run out of some of the choices. The bar staff were very friendly and the reception staff were helpful too. The location of the hotel was excellent especially if like us you like to stay out until the early hours and your feet kill you!!!! The pool area was small and they dont allow inflatables in there either. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone and am already booking for next year - cant wait!!!!!

first stay at orange but will not go again food and hotel very good but the noise from night clubs across the road i am not a fuddy duddy like to enjoy myself but to hear people going home at 6 and 7 in the morning that is with patio door closed love benidorm but will not stay in the area of orange dont mind noise till small hours but not daybreak
