This is a fantastic hotal and have returned here many times, the staff treat you like friends when they get to know you , i cannot fault this hotel in any way i would certainly recommend to any body . Why have doubts and anxieties of the not knowing when this hotel is truly welcoming . The food is of a good standard , the rooms are excellent the pool area is great. 10 out of 10 . April 2008.

we have stayed 4 times now and will be going again. Notice its getting a bit shabby, little things like no books or games in the 'ballroom' the games tables are there but shabby. Entertainment for the Spanish, understandably as they are in the majority out of season. Food still good and staff are lovely. Building construction next to hotel at the moment

This is the third time a group of us have taken a short winter break at the Palm Beach Hotel. The hotel continues to be fantastic value for money. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Whilst we felt that the quality of the food was not quite up to our experiences in 2006 and 2007, we were again amazed at the low cost of wine and water with our meals. For us the location of the hotel is good and encouraged us to walk much more than we would do normally. The booking was made via Benidorm Spotlight and the arrangements and the manner in which they dealt with us, were first class.
We are a small group of expats living in the province of Almeria and have little doubt that we will use the hotel next year whilst we enjoy the flesh-pots of Benidorm.

The food was excellent, very good value.Would certainly go back in better weather so we didnt have to rely on the tv to keep us amused.needs tea and coffee making facilities.overall good. Jill.

We had a great time at the Palm Beach Hotel. Staff were great and the facilities good. Food was good except when staying for two weeks we found that meals were repeated, however there was always a good choice. When we next go to Benidorm we will again stay in The Palm Beach Hote.

The Palm Beach Hotel represents excellent value for money, compare prices for other 4 star hotels in Benidorm and you will see. Yes it is located up a very steep hill and is at the edge of the Rincon de Loix district but this information is readily available before you book.We have been there 3 times over the past few years and we enjoy the Spanish feel of the place, rare in Benidorm where so much seems British only a lot warmer. This includes the food and the entertainment so if you want a British environment this will not be for you. There is a good rsnge of facilities including indoor as well as outdoor pools, and a gym, also table tennis and mini football pitch. We made our own independent travel arrangements which allows flexibility in the length of stay and we tend to avoid the high season. A 5 night break in October is ideal.

Not for the first time we stayed at the Palm Beach Hotel. Past experience had proved that it is of very high standard, with helpful staff and pleasant surroundings. Transfers to and from the airport are easy, just ask, Evening entertainment was very good and some clever acts were seen. Transport to the townbeach is excellent and runs to time, taxi service is available from reception, but be quick, or the taxi will be there before you are. Local attractions are many and varied, lots of posters and look for adverts as well, boat, bus trips etc. Service in the spacious restaurant is first class, the range of food is superb and the lay out is kept up to-date throughout the mealtime. Three lifts serve the 10 floors, try to avoid rush hour as 30 rooms on most floors can cause a delays. Very busy bar staff will serve you quickly despite the volume of people. Outside is the swimming pool in tropical surroundings, with another pool indoors for the dull days. Plenty of lounge space in and out to relax in, I can only recommend the whole experience.

this hotel was very rich looking from the outside, and exactly like the pictures avaliable to see... although it's up a bit of a hill and not the nicest for the elderly... but the hotel provides a free bus to the town centre, and to the beach every half hour so happy days!!! the water park is 10 mins walk away which was handy and the town is literally the same!! the service was brilliant and the food was dead on, if your not fussy, which i'm not!! but there are plenty of places to eat within a 5 min stroll so you can't go wrong! the rooms were kept clean etc and all the usual stuff... i noticed (bein only 20) that it wasn't really catering for my age group, there were a lot of golden oldies at it and the enetertainment at the hotel was no good but me and my other half walked up the town only to be greeted with a strand full of niteclubs and bars with various entertainment!! overall i really enjoyed benidorm and would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The hotel was beautiful and clean, staff friendly, Food catered for every taste, from traditional Spanish, to burgers and chips.rnThe pool was lovely to sit round in the midst of Benidorm's built up hotel land. rnThe climb up the hill to the hotel from the centre, a bit steep.rn

a very nice looking hotel and pool area, shame about the food being repetetive as it was nice for the first 10 days. hamburgers shouldn't be served up in a 4* hotel. the rooms a big dissappointment after seeing the main interior of the hotel. this hotel seemed to cater for the spanish way of life even though other nationalities were also paying guests. the hotel was very clean and reception staff helpful, but i did feel annoyed when my children who were waiting for the entertainment to start were moved away from the stage by a member of the bar staff, but yet allowed spanish children later to sit there. i shall not reccommend this hotel to a friend nor shall i ever go through the hotel doors again.

THE PALM BEACH HOTEL ITSELF IS VERY GRAND.THE OPENING ENTRANCE IS ENOUGH IN ITSELF TO TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY,SURROUNDED BY A LARGE SWIMMING POOL AND RATHER PICTURESQUE SCENERY.IT DRAWS GLAMOUR TO THE FRONT FOYER AND THE RESTAURANT AND OTHER AREAS DO NOT LET IT DOWN.THE ONLY DRAWBACK TO THIS HOTEL IS THE CORRIDORS AND LIFTS.IF THE CLEANERS ARE OPERATING IN THE ROOMS IT IS A TEDIOUS ATTEMPT TO PASS WITH A BUGGY OR PRAM.THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND PLEASED TO HELP WHENEVER THEY COULD.THE ROOMS WERE BASIC BUT BIG ENOUGH TO ACCOMODATE MYSELY,MY HUSBAND A CHILD OF 4 AND MY SON OF 3 MONTHS.OVERALL WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND WILL MOST LIKELY RETURN IN THE NEAR FUTURE

great hotel, but not sure if it deserves it's 4 stars, to me it was a very good 3-star, food was good but a lot of fish on the menu, shame because i'm not a fish eater, wife like it though, staff where helpful and friendly, rooms modern and cleaned every day and love that aircon, our room was 101, which over-looks the road, this wouldn't have been a big deal if there wasn't 2 new hotels being built behind ! so a lot of lorries during the day. even though the hill is very and i mean VERY steep, the hotel offers free bus tickets to the beach or to town which was great, there was entertainment on at the hotel every night but this was geared up to the spanish guests as was the menu but hey your in spain not blackpool. love benidorm though

the accommodation at palm beach was quite good, the swimming was nice but not enough room for sun beds unless you moved on to the sloping grass area around the edge, the hotel seemed to mainly cater for spanish people & this showed in the type of food provided in the restaurant. Also there was quite a steep hill to climb to get back to hotel every time you went out which puts you off from going out too often. As a result of the hotels location we would not choose it again.

first impression was we have made a good choice of hotel with the large entrance and reception area , the rooms are very nice and maintained daily by the pleasent staff and i found all the staff very helpful.
if i could complain it would only be that in such a large hotel of 10 floors the lifts took a long time to arrive and being on the 9th floor it sometimes took ten minutes and this did happen at breakfast and dinner.
As a chef i was very happy with the food and with the price we paid for half board will definately be back next year , the walk to the nightlife is about 15mins but just 5 euro`s in a taxi
had a very good break and would recommend the palm beach to anyone
cheers

Palm Beach Hotel was very good, the rooms were of a reasonable size and always cleaned and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was also very nice with plenty of choice, and always lots of nice fresh salad.
The only complaint that I had was that when we wanted to watch TV last thing at night we didn't have any english speaking channels. Pslm Beach Hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill, but a bus was provided to take you down to the town. The lifts kept breaking down while we were there which was a little bit worrying, for my party as my mum and friend were stuck in them. They could do with more lifts for the size of hotel.

I was well pleased with the Hotel although I new it was four star I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. Although on a steep hill the Hotel provided free bus tickets for transfers. All public area's were tastefully decorated. Food and service FIRST Class. Would recommend this Hotel and will certainly use it in the future.
