It is a very nice Hotel, with a great transport service beautiful scenery, we have been using it in many occasions, however the maintenance of the facilities has been better and needs some improvements.

Anyway is still a good option.

Nice place, very nice swimming pools (heated water), enough sun beds, satisfaction food, and really importent - free tickets to the beach and to the city or Aqualandia/Mundomar!!!

i and my 9 friends have been going to the palm beach several times a year for 5 years now. there is nowhare like it in Benidorm.

The hotel is situated some distance from the town at the top of the hill, to walk down is not aproblem but it`s a struggle to walk back.
The staff are friendly and efficient. The entertainment is poor unless you speak fluent spanish and like dancing. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortably enough for a short break. The food was very good and plentiful.
There is no view really unless you like other hotels. Benidorm is lovely and we had a nice break because the weather was nice but if the weather is inclement Palm Beach would not be the place to stay because of its location.

Quite honestly the down side is the basic rooms which could do with upgrading.

We were staying at Los Montisenos, south of Alicante and had never been to Benidorm before.
An on-line booking at the Palm Beach was easy and the price quoted was a snip. Easy to find with the use of Tom Tom, parking was not a problem either. The evening meal was first class, buffet style with plenty to choose from. Night on the town was only a short taxi ride away, although there was a "free" bus available. Good night sleep in our comfortable room, then a breakfast fit for a king. As I said in the title, "One night was not enough" at the Palm Beach.

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels in Europe and the Middle East. The Palm Beach Hotel was better than we expected of a 4 star hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient and the buffet breakfast and dinners catered for all tastes. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the sea and Benidorm. The room was clean, tidy and a good size.The area is full of shops and has plenty opf night life.
We had an excellent time and would recommend this hotel to our friends.
Our only criticism is that the hotel is located on a steep hill and may be a problem for the elderly, handicapped or generally unhealthy person.

It is the best choice for families with kids.
A bit far from the beach, you have to climb the hill when returning from beach, but it is the best choice.

first time ive gone all inclusive in benidorm and i was highly impressed as it was a first class hotel the staff were lovely and friendly i'd requested flowers and fruit and champange in my room 4 arrival and they were great i will defo b going back only improvements they could make is wifi and better acces 4 the disabled.

I love Palm Beach Hotel.
I know many places and hotels at Spain because I'm going to this country a lot years ago for holidays but since I knew Palm Beach I never changed.
I recommend this hotel at my friends and at all the people I know.
The staff is the best, first of all, the restaurant's, the bar's elements and the animadors.
The food could be more variable and sometime like portuguese food.
In my opinion, the bad thing is haven't no portuguese's TV canal in the rooms.
I think return at September.

Great hotel, food was to a very good standard lots to choose from nice rooms only downfall is the hill the hotel is up but they do offer a free bus to the beech and to the old town

what a great xmas we had at the palm beach the gala dinner was superb 7 courses & each one better than the last.we can honestly say after many xmases in benidorm this is the best yet.not only did we have a great dinner but we were entertained with 2 shows & dancing afterwards.we were placed at a table for dinner with 3 different nationalities & in a short time we were all laughing & communicating together despit the language barrier.we most certainly will book here for next xmas as although we have been to this hotel before this was our 1st xmas there.wejust cant praise this hotel enough for the quality of staff & food & friendliness.we are going back for valentines day.

This really is a Good Value for money Hotel and the restaurant, both food and staff will take some beating.
Nowhere did it mention the location and the up hill walk, which for us was the down side. Other than that it ticks most all of the boxes.

This is 6/7 times we have been to palm beach the staff are very nice the food is 5* it is a bit up the hill but the free bus takes you up and down if you want to use it, the hotel its self is always clean i would say the rooms and the corridors are a bit tired looking but still well worth a visit
