Just got back from paraiso 10 appts and cant speak highly enough of every aspect of our stay. We were six guys on a 50th birthday and this hotel was perfect. About 5 mins walk from main square, with all the pubs and clubs you need. The rooms are spacious, clean,secure,and sleep 3 people comfortably although i booked 2 people per room for added privacy. staff are very friendly, and helpful. couldnt hear any noise at night which was great for a good sleep.There were a few things said on reviews about `muggers alley`, but we walked up there with no problem, anyway, main road runs down on opp side. all in all would go back to this hotel.Thanks from richie and lads.

We stayed at the Paraiso 10 for four nights from 29th March '11, whilst in Benidorm for business purposes. The apartment allocated was a large corner apartment, and was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful and polite, especially the two ladies ( one English and one Spanish ). Situated a fair walk from the beach, but this did not worry us as we were not really there 'on holiday' as such, but may come as a surprise to some, as it is situated as far back from the sea front as possible ! Beware of the infamous 'muggers alley' near the apartment block after dark. Whilst it offers a substantial short cut into 'New' Benidorm, be advised to stay to the lit roads and pavements. The only downside to our stay, was that the block is popular with groups on stag and hen parties, and whilst blissfully quiet on Wed and Thur night, the noise nuisance on the Fri and Sat night was very annoying, and would be a real inconvenience to families with children, or more mature guests. I would stay there again off season, but probably avoid the spring and summer weekends.

during December apartment in very good condition and very clean, services also good staff always there to help. Will be staying there again.

Rooms are clean. The kitchen had a lot more than we expected - fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a hob! Would be really good if you were going for a full week or fortnight. We liked that you could get out onto the balcony through the bedroom or sitting room. We would deff go there again =)

We were plesantly surprised at the Paraiso 10 apartments, they were so much better than we expected for the price we paid. The apartments had 24 hour reception and a bar that also served basic snacks, all reasonably priced, the rooms were big enough for our family of three, but four may have been a squeeze, they were clean and during our 7 day stay the maid came every other day, the kitchen was also very well equiped, for those who want to dine in. The apartments had their own large swimming pool, and once again the pool cleanliness was very good, there was also a tennis court for hire if you felt energetic.
Some people warned of us the location, as a dirt track runs at one side of the apartments, which is unlit, and can be a bit daunting, the solution is dont use it after dark, the street at the other side leads you down to the main drags, with all the bars and shops being not more than a 10 to 15 minute walk and the beach only 10 minutes away. On the whole the apartments are an excellent base for your holiday and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Estuvimos en abril y todo muy bien. Buen tiempo , precios muy buenos y el hotel muy bien. Servicio muy bueno, habitaciones limpias se lo recomiendo a todos.
