please dis-regard talk about 'muggers alley' we had no problems at all

Bear in mind this review is written from the point of view of three guys sharing an apartment for a week. We can't really comment from a point of view of a family holiday.
We were looking for self catering accommodation that was central (close to the Square), clean, spacious and with air-conditioning.
And that is exactly what we found.
The rooms were big enough, although it might have been crowded had there been four of us. The balcony was very large, with access from both the bedroom and the lounge.
As is typical of a Mediterranean holiday apartment, it was tiled throughout. It was clean, and we had access to a mop if we had any accidents. The cleaners visited twice during the week, with clean towels, and changed the beds once - which was fine for us. We may well have had the sheets changed a second time if we hadn't been still asleep.
The apartments were certainly central enough, but not so central that we were kept awake by revellers. The main drag through the Square (Champions/Cafe Benidrom) led straight up to the apartments. There was a few yards of unmade road to traverse to get to the accommodation - but that wasn't an issue for us.
The receptionists were excellent, spoke English, were very helpful.
There were two lifts for odd floors, and two for even floors. There were 25 floors. The lifts worked fine, although on a couple of occasions kids were using the lifts for a game of tag and pressed the buttons for all the floors.

nice clean apartment, cafeteria serves good food upto 6pm, handy to take a snack to the poolside.helpful english speaking reception staff.good value for money.

I went to Benidorm with all the Family and stayed in a seperate apartment on my own, i have excellent service from hotel staff the only problem was my door was a bit shaky so during the night it rattled abit but nothing i couldn't handle. Great apartments and lovely balcony if you get a private apartment though they dont come with a balcony but the normal ones do.

we had a party of 5 staying for 7 days and had a very good stay reception staff were very helpfull rooms spotless would recomend pariso 10 to freinds anytime

we had a great holiday,the apartment was far better than i expected and very clean, the only thing that spoiled our holiday was one of our party having her bag snatched on the second night of the holiday. But i would book again with you the receptionist was really helpful many thanks. mrs margaret fawcett

This was our second stay at Paraiso 10 and we were not disappointed, except to say that the matresses were incredibly hard. Unfortunately we chose the coldest, windiest week to be in Benidorm, and the wind howled along the outer corridor, but this is down to nature and could not be helped. I could not work the heating system and so went to reception, where i found the girl extremely helpful, as she came to the apartment straight away and got it working for me. Bar staff are friendly and helpful, and the apartments are within easy walking distance of central amenities, yet far enough away not to hear noise late at night. We would use these apartments again.

we stayed at these apartments in july 2007 there were 11 of us staying there we had a great time. its a well situated place only one problem there were gypsy's just along the way witch in the evenings you couldnt walk that way(muggers alley)the apartments were clean and tidy we would go back its a great spot to stay in benidorm......

10 of us stayed here .it is spotlessly clean staff are great and the cafe bar attached to these apparments staff food drinks excellent great value for money .was hoping to go back next year but dont seem to want us for just a weekend .wld recomend to anyone rn
