Location was good, can't say though we were welcomed by a smiling receptionist! but the bar staff made up for that. Rooms were very clean and had almost everything we wanted - Lack of kettle in the room (most hotels we have been to have had this facility), lack of internet point as advertised and also as husband was ill it would have been nice to have one decent English channel on tv - otherwise everything was good, breakfast was varied and plentiful and we would go back again.

We stayed at the Princesa for 4 nights over the christmas period. The room was warm, comfortable and clean. The food throughout was excellent with plenty of variety, but we have to congratulate the chefs and the staff for a wonderful christmas eve gala dinner and an exceptional christmas day lunch, all waiter served. We did however, find the entertainment a little bit limited with not enough adequate seating in the lounge/bar for everyone to sit down together. However, the bars and clubs of Benidorm are within easy reach. A very enjoyable stay and we will certainly stay at this hotel again.

travelled with airtours that's the only mistake with this holiday. hotel i would very highly recommend, but maybe my time of travel was not suited as the entertainment was for the older generation. but still no fault with that. The restaurant accommodated a party of five so we could all sit together, and food was excellent. the biggest problem was the bar staff, they were so polite and provided fun for all, they were friendly and two in particular entertained my daughter that she cried when she was leaving for home. The hotel has an indoor pool with jacuzzi which has excellent cleanliness. the rooms and all areas of hotel are clean and spotless. Wish to say a special thank-you to david for all the extra attention and paper fights he had with my daughter. a special thank-you to all the staff at the hotel, and sorry but feel i need to go back now to same hotel, but with different tour operator. the service and hotel are outstanding.

the princesa hotel is not a four star hotel, havent just returned from benidorm i must let people know there standards have dropped my family stayed there two years ago and we were amazed at the difference , we took the liberty to look at other four star hotels in benidorm and in our rating 2.5 at the most.

Having just returned from a 6 night stay in this hotel I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were brilliant and Javier on reception could not do enough for you. The bar staff were brilliant and bar prices were cheaper than outside and even the mini bar in the room prices were the same as the bar.rnThe only downside was that the single rooms were quite small and thought should be given to paying a supplement.rnrnWould certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone

Returned to the Hotel Princesa after going there 2years ago and it's still as good as it was then. We were put into a bedroom on the first floor right above the entertainment which proved to be very noisy on the first night. We asked to change and it was done quickly and without any fuss. Most of the staff were the same as 2yrs ago so shows they are happy and that it is a good hotel to work at.rnFood and cleanliness was top notch and if/when I return to Benidorm I'd certainly be happy to go back to the Princesa...Great Hotel!

Good hotel and location and one that I would return to.
We chose a superior room which is the minimum that you should go for. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Jesus on reception. Bar was cheap and service was excellent (tips are very much appreciated).
Indoor pool was a pain as you have to pay and MUST have swim cap and flip flops.
Breakfast and Lunch were excellent but Dinner was a bit hit and miss, but, as food is so cheap in the many restaurants its not a problem.

Where am I?
