All staff very pleasant and helpful. Good value for money. Food very good. Rooms are what they are - a bit small, but this seems to be the standard for Benidorm. Pool good and nice and big and square - but not heated - so brace yourself. Good location and not too far from the seafront. Was told to avoid the various annexes that form the accommodation around the pool and did so - so not sure whether they're as bad as was previously described. Resort Hoppa stops there so that was convenient for to/from the airport. Didn't use the bar, but looked quite good

Went here for October Half Term with our Grandson aged 6. Rooms are a little old fashioned, but didn't spend too much time in it as the weather was brilliant all week we were there. Food was very good, always something to please everyone. A nice touch were the games in the bar,Connect4, Dominos, Chess & a Spanish game we never fathomed out, kept my Grandson amused for hours. We chose this hotel for its indoor pool, thinking October would be too cool for the outdoor one, we used it every day and my Grandson even used the outdoor one some days as well!

A good Hotel, nothing grand, but very welcoming.

The Pueblo is in a prime location in Benidorm within an easy stroll down to the beach and in the heart of the entertainment area , the food in this Hotel was very good with a wide range of Choices to please all ,The bar prices are excelent with all day 2 for 1 drinks and sundries which are also quiet cheap. we were accommodated in the blocks that are situated away from the main Hotel Building, we found the rooms a little on the small side but also very clean the only Downside of this Hotel was that at times It seemed to be very noisey both from around the pool side and sometimes late at night, but I would go and stay here again and Benidorm Well what can I say Its great Enterainment Value and Value for your money Too .

I found the Benidorm Puelblo to be a very good hotel. The bedrooms were spotless, the food was very good, especially the Christmas Gala dinner. The service was excellent. I would certainly recommend theis hotel to anyone.

This hotel was very nice and good value for money. The food was good, however, tummy upsets were quite common in the hotel at the time we stayed and some guests were quite ill. I went with my children, 1 at 12 months and 1 at 24 months and they both came back with diorrahea but I was fine.
My only complaint about the hotel was the indoor pool which was very cold and I just could not take my 12 months old in due to the temperature, I did compain to reception who told me it was 75 degrees.....no way!
All in all ok, but would I stay here again? Not sure, great location though and we had great views.

this was my 9th time at the pueblo and i will always return when im in benidorm, its in a great location and the staff are always willing and helpfull to please. one of the main reasons i use it is the excellent value for money as the food is very good and has a great selection with good salads and varied hot meals. in all theyears of visitig benidorm and stopping in many hotels i wouldent hesitate in recomending the pueblo for a good value break.

having been here on 4 previous occasions , i have to mention the hotel facilities .
On this occasion i had no heating for 36 hours.
I informed reception on 2nd day and i was told i would have heating that evening.
When this didn't happen i again informed reception and was told " 1 hour " , this appears to be their default answer to complaints.I informed reception again and was given the same reply.

eventually a repairman called around 7 pm and renewed the thermostat unit , success at last.
with the heating on i promptly showered and went for my evening meal belatedly.
It was after 8.30 before i reached the restaurant and was duly given the "treatment" from a couple of waitresses due to my late arrival.
I was here in april 20008 and on that occasion it was the lack of hot water this time as they were doing remedial work.
I was given the 1 hour treatment for this also.
My observation is, that there appears to be a lack of maintenance checks in relation to room facilites , and they rely on complaints from guests instead.

It also took 1/2 hour to check-in ( i was the only person checking-in )at reception at the time.It appeared that a room had not been allocated to myself although i had booked 4 months previously.
18 moths ago i was being charged 28 euros per night , this time 44 euros per night - poor value.
Overall the standard on my last 2 visits would appear to be in a downhill spiral, and as such i have booked into a different hotel for my next visit.

Considering this is reasonably priced hotel the facilities are more than adequate. The rooms are small but clean and how long do you spend in your room?
The pools are great as is the pool areas. The pool bar serves food and drink all day with entertainment and this encourages people to talk to each other and join in the fun. Good club for kids but not too disruptive so you can quite easily chill if you don't dig kids!
Location is also pretty good - 5 mins walk from beach and bars on the Levante side of town. Old town is 10 min walk away.

A good, all round experience. Lot's of Spanish guests at the time we were there (mid-April) but they / we were not treated any differently. Good selection of food on offer, and high quality too. All staff were courteous and helpful, and the location was excellent. This would be a great hotel to bring the kids and family to in the summer, but beware - even in the lower temperatures of spring time, there still seemed to be a lack of sunbeds!
The hotel is situated a few hundred yards from the Sunday market, which is a great experience (I think it will be a bit hot & sticky in the summertime though as the aisles of the market were very narrow) Lot's of bumping and banging on our way round, so beware pushchair and invalid carriages)! Overall, great location, great holiday, great price - would recommend.

My short stay at the hotel was very good indeed my only complaint if there was one was the room had been used by a smoker and there was a faint smell of smoke in the room and I had to have the staff spray the crtains etc which seemed to overcome the problem. My room was similar the the single room of my friend and I did not see why I had to pay for a double. Other than that my stay was ver pleasent indeed.
Thank youy for your help.

My 3rd visit, but would i go again ????? Only if i was sure of having a room in the main building.
The Annexe is terrible......when you lay in bed you can here next doors conversation as though you involved in it. The continuous banging of doors, peoples voices echo through the rooms all night, NOT a very good nights sleep, not relaxing hol at all.
Would stay again BUT only as i said earlier, if it was in main building....could this be guarrenteed?????

Have stayed here few years ago, have to say things have,nt changed much !!
Actually stayed in same room as about 5yrs ago !! (uncanny)
Facilities are fine, but decor, f&f are still the same years later, but to be honest all i wanted was a clean room, quiet, and in that location, so would book again.

FANTASTIC! I went there in June with my husband and had a brilliant holiday, went back Sept with my 18 year old son for a week and it was just as good. He had a brilliant time, the entertainment team are second to none and made our holiday. Anyone who says they don't have a good time here don't know what they are on about. It is a wonderful hotel with wonderful people. Anne and Steve, Sept 07

My family and I spent a fortnight in the Pueblo, and are taking my sister and her family next year as we had a great time. My only critizisum was that alot of guests were very pushy in the dining room and that alto of the games in the games room needed to be servised. All the staff where great and the entertainment was good even though they had only just started the season at the hotel.Thank you for the momories left after our stay. I had to promise my sons of 9 and 11 that we will be coming back again in 2008.

If Your Spanish This is the perfect hotel for you as the fortnight myself and family have just spent there proved.Being English you seem to be treated as second class customers, rooms are nice and clean.Food is okay but not much of a choice of a childrens menu. This is my third time in Benidorm in as many years and there is better hotels for the same money which are more english friendly.
