Dear Rober Palas,

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The entrance was very welcoming and the staff at reception very helpful.
No-one could complain about the service, rooms, and cleanliness etc.
The price we paid was extremely reasonable and we would recommend it to anyone. Indeed we have already done so.We hope to see you again in the near future.

We were really surprised how inviting the Hotel was,the staff were really friendly and although we did not totally understand each other we managed very well, a bit like charades at times...quite funny (not all the staff only spoke Spanish)so there were no difficulties.
Our rooms were lovely and warm and even though the nights were cold outside we were warm inside.
The food was excellent...breakfast - lunch - dinner, there was plenty of choice at each one. I only had one small complaint, and that was the food tended to be a little cold at times...but there was a micro-wave available for our own use.
Really enjoyed our holiday, great value for money and will definitely be going again.

In all we found the hotel to be a nice place. Location was very good. We missed a balcony, but the room was okay.
We have perhaps to deduct a little for noice from corridors when doors were beeing shutted.
Cleaness excellent. breakfast very o.k.
We want also to stay there another time, and can for sure recommend it to other people.

We had a fabulous time at the Rober Palas Hotel and can highly recommend. The staff are wonderful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will definately be making future reservations.
