Visited these apartments in september 2008. 4 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was fully kitted out with everything we needed. Apartments were clean and tidy with plenty of room for all 4 of us. The complex was very secure and although we had a walk of 10 mins to the centre of town found this very enjoyable.
No major complaints apart from no sun loungers around the pool area and perhaps an iron in the apartment would be helpful.
Would definately recommend these apartments and we will definately use them again when returning to Benidorm.

security very good pool clean rooms nice size i have no complants for the price we paid. just remember they are appartments iv stayed twice and will stay again. nice and close to bus station to get to alcantie airport much much cheaper than taxi 8 euro bus 70 euro taxi what a saving all round great

Very roomy apartments,2 twin bedrooms,kitchen with door to boiler room drying area,large lounge area with a bed settee,enclosed balcony giving an ideal dining area,and bathroom good powerfull shower. Basic decor spoilt by signs of damage from previous occupants.Clean tidy well equipped plenty of towels and bedding.Very nice secure access via well maintained garden area with lawns,flower beds and clean reasonable sized swimming pool. Secure private parking area. Very reasonably priced although if you are pricing to share with friends be aware that when you finally book,last item if stopping less than 8 days there is an under occupancy supplement charge,we payed 56.25 euro extra,would have been nice to know up front when costing.But other than that we do hope to book again for our next visit.

Booked 2 separate apartments for 8 people. Had continuous problems with only enough hot water for 2 people to shower until water heated up again, which took forever. Maintenance office not very helpful. Beds very uncomfortable. Cooker ancient. Did have a washer which was very useful. Apartment basic but clean. The pool area saved the holiday. It was immaculate and well kept. We would consider staying here again but only out of main season due to the low price of a two bedroomed apartment.

Although the apartments were accepable, due to the time of year, cool evenings, nights and mornings the apartment required more adequate heating within the property (only one small elctric fire for the whole apartment) along with more blankets for the beds,the hot water boiler should have been turned on for our arrival, this resulted in my party not being able to shower until the following day, other wise no major issues.
