Just had a short break with my family, asked for adjoining bedrooms which we got. Thought the hotel was great in a good location for what we wanted. The food was excellent with lots of choice. Would go again and recommend this hotel.

the pools were very impressive and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little jaded but the housekeeping was don every day (no problems trying to get cleen towels)The food was adequate but not fancy in any way.The childrens restraunt which served pizzas and pasta was a nice touch and we dined there some nights even though we had no kids.

Arrived and checked in with no probs. Reception staff very friendly and a welcome smile was a perfect start . We were all inclusive so stayed in the ocas which, was great. Food was fantastic, always hot and plenty to choose from. Rooms were cleaned daily but a lick of paint is needed. Both pool areas. Are spotless and well maintained. Check out was great, again staff very friendly and a smile was given with warmth. All in all, great place and thinking about booking. Up in October again for a 40th birthday. Well done and thanks.

Our first impression on arriving at reception was excellent.
The staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful.
The room was very clean.We stayed on a half board basis and the food was excellent.The only criticism we have is that two of the staff in the restaurant were unhelpful and unfriendly.The staff in the bar area were very good.
We would stay here again.

The Hotel was well situated for night life and also shopping was good, with regards to the Hotel, it was very clean and the maids were very nice, the food was good though we only had a buffet breakfast, there was everything you could wish for, I have stayed in Spainish Hotels before, and never have we had food as good as this for breakfast. We also had a dinner which was also very good, and we would not hesitate to book this hotel again
The only problem we had was, we were in the SolOcar"s Hotel. I was on crutchers. but we managed, the problem was the steps, but we would go there again

We enjoyed our stay very much the hotel is very clean and welcoming the staff very obliging and friendly.Dining area and staff excellent.Evening entertainment very good.It's in a good area for all amenities and we felt very secure knowing we had spotlight to fall back on.Thank you spotlight.

if we have one little grouse it was that we were late getting to the hotel at night from the airport because we had to wait one and half hours in the shuttle bus for someone who didn't turn up and when we got to the hotel very tired and weary we were told at reception the restaurant was closed no snack left for us and we had to go out late at night to find somewhere to have a bite to eat and a cuppa.I'm talking midnight.However let me say when we asked about this the reception said there would be a lunch for us the day before leaving in place of the evening meal we missed on arriving and it was scrumptious! but would have liked a cuppa or something after a long day travelling.

We would most definitely go again.

Loved the pool area, the room was kept spotlessly clean every day. Am a bit of a fussy eater so the restaurant was ok if you liked fish and pasta. the meat was always a bit on the chewy side. However would return
The location is great, not far to walk to after a night out. We also like the fact there is the two hotels linked as this provides more space for people. If you had children the facilities were excellent for families. Wish I was there now.

GOOD LOCATION, HANDY FOR THE CENTRE OF WHERE THINGS ARE HAPPENING.

CLOSE TO THE BEACH

FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, ROOMS WERE VERY WELL KEPT AND CLEAN

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY

SOME OF THE STAFF WERE A BIT MOODY BUT I GUESS I CAN'T BLAME THEM

POOL WAS A BIT SMALL BUT OVERALL WE WERE ALL VERY PLEASED

Our party consisted of 4 sets of married couples 60+ ages, we all agreed that the Sol Pelicanos was excellent value for money, clean and tidy, well positioned for the Beach, Shops and other ameneties.

The selection of Food ( Breakfast Only for our reservations) was more than anyone would need,well presented, well cooked and wholesome.

I have stayed in this hotel twice now and would still go back again. We thought the service was fantastic and the maid service was really good. not as much choice with the food this time but still a good range to suit all choices.
