The Hotel was first class shame the apartments weren.t the same.They were not the cleanest and they needed refurbishing.It did not spoil our stay but it would have been better if the apartments had been .The Hotel staff were friendly as were the dinning room staff and because it was New Year the decorations were very nice.As luck would have it we could use the hotel facilities which shows in my scoring . W e like to eat out that,s why we didn,t stay in the hotel and went for Bed&Breakfast in The Apartments.The Holiday was great value and The Hotel had something for everyone. Looking forward to visiting Benidorm this year
