great location if you wanna be in the heart of the night life,the tele doesnt work unless you pay a deposit when you pick the keys up but no one tells you this,one bedroom apartment very nice even had another little bedroom could easy sleep 5 people,these apartments are just up the road from Panchos.There is no reception we didnt see any one for the whole time we were there which was 8 days.If you arrive at night time the keys have to be picked up from the alpha appartments so pick your keys up first cos its quite a walk away.They are very secure and we would go back to them.A deposit of 150 euros is needed on arrival but is brought back on day of departure.Enjoy.

after picking up the keys which is a bit of a distance we could not find our apt in the building, we were given two sets of keys for apt no's, ab and bb but we could not find any room with these numbers. it was 1am so no staff anywhere and we tried the 2nd floor rooms as key fob had a 2 on it. after a period of about an hour going up and down in lift trying various doors and getting shouted at by occupants we were about to get a taxi back to the alpha where we picked up the keys when we dcided to try the key in the door on the ground floor and bingo we were in. The problem is all doors on all floors have same numbers either a, b or c but none had ab or bb. Just thought this info might be useful to others allocated these apts, i think we should have been told it was the ground floor. The apartments are fine everything you need (ours didn't have a mirror but our friends next door did) and nice and clean, you get one set of clean towels in wk but no linen change, this was ok and i think you get linen change if you stay for two weeks. The apts are very central and as we were on pool side we did not get bothered by any noise. If we return i will request a higher floor for a balcony and view, we did have a balcony but it was enclosed with glass. One negative is there is no poolside furniture or sunbeds which was a shame as it is a nice little pool and garden area.

Stayed in the Torre Gerona apparments the end of may beginning of June.

Had to go to the Acuarium II appartments for the key and pay the balance and deposit of
100 euros, but the deposit was brought back to us on the day we left.

Could not fault the appartments at all.
Lovely and clean with everything you need.
2 bedrooms, washing machine with clothes line in a little utility room off the kitchen.
It even had a large fridge freezer and not one of those little things you normally get.

The pool area was lovely and clean and we mostly had it to ourselves cos no one else used it.
The pools small and no sun beds, but the beach is over the road so who cares :o))

The position of the appartments is spot on...just a bit noisy now and again during the day from Rockys bar across the road.

The only thing that i can complain about is the appartments next door.

They where full of stag and hen parties all week and they where quite noisy now and again.

But it never put us off, and i can say one thing.
I WOULD DEFINATELY stay in the Torre Gerona again.

Me and my family had a fantastic time in the appartments and in Beautiful Benidorm.

Going back in August for 2 weeks and cant wait...... I LOVE THE PLACE :o))

Apartments are in a fantastic location,for beach, nightlife,shops and eating out.rooms were excellent,with 1 double and 1 single in each apartment.Downside you had to collect keys from alpha apartments,this was not a problem as had read about it in other reviews but had to pay 200 euros for breakages and did not know where to get it back,we paid cash and the maids brought it back on the morning we left,so was not as big a problem as we first thought, but if you dont pay cash they want your bank card details left on table in rooms.A big thankyou to the maids, on the morning we left my friend left £200 in room and they brought it to us as we were waiting for our transfers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We were a group of ladies on a long weekend away. the Torre Gerona apartments are in a fantastic spot for the hussle and bussle of the resort but to our suprise very peacefull once inside, very comfortable and clean I would recommend to anyone looking for a central position close to the beach and the action. We stayed at Torre Gerona Apartments for 9 Weeks and could not fault them in any way.The apartments are ideally situated for the beach,shops, bars and restaurants.We would certainly stay there again without any hesitation.My only suggestion regarding the apartment would be to have a more prominent sign on the front of the building,as taxi and shuttle drivers have difficulty in finding them.

I have stayed at the Torre Gerona three times. The apartments are central for all of the restaurants and bars. The Torre Gerona have comfortable apartments which are clean and a change of towels during a one week stay. Everything you need is provided and there is also a washing machine.

This time I stayed in the Torre Gerona in February. It was very cold and there was only one convector heater. This was insufficient and failed to heat the apartment. I reported this to the rental agency and advised that they should buy oil filled radiators. The Paraiso 10 apartments have just one of these per apartment and they heat the whole apartment and are very cheap to use.

I would go back to Torre Gerona but only in summer because the apartments are very cold in winter.

Apts very clean & well situated for entertainment venues & beach. Staff at office were very helpful. We have rebooked same apts for 25 nights in March to celebrate our ruby wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend the Torre Gerona apts.

I would like to say that we had an excellent time in Benidorm. The Torre Gerona Appartments were just as you see them on the web site exactly. They had everything we needed. There was however a little confusion over the apartment number when we arrived. 2 and 1A were both on the key fob. Good job we didnt arrive at the dead of night. We did sort this out though. We were a little concerned that there`s no one official on site but there was no problems.
Didnt find the office easy to find but did eventually and the lady who I spoke to in there was more than helpful.
I would recommend These appartments to anyone they are very secure but you must make sure the gate has closed behind you otherwise you are puting everyones safety at risk.
Dont stay here if you are looking for quiet, go to albir not benidorm as this is a central location partiers are out until the early hours. We did have some undue noise one night but following a second incident which was sorted ourselves this didnt happen again.
Fantastic price, Fantastic location and breakfast was only 1 euro just 5 minutes walk on the beach front.

having stayed in quiet a few number of apartments in Benidorm I found these to be top class, the extra bedroom was great it gave a little more privacy. The heater was not working and within 20 mins of reporting in broken two men arrived with a replacement. Excellent service and great company to book with have recommended you to all my friends who are frequent fliers. Happy new year to all.

Hi, I recently stayed at the Torre Gerona Apartments at the end of August beginning of September. We found these apartments to be ideally situated and within easy walking distance of all the cabaret bars and shops. The beach was only a few minutes walk and nice and close to the bus routes. I was abit wary when booking as it was a one bedroom apart and there was myself, my husband, son and daughter in law, but they were quite spacious with another small room with a single bed. The apart was very clean and nice and light and airy. We were about half way up and the lifts were always available. There was everything you could possibly need while on holiday including a washing machine. We were there 10 days and had a change of towels and bed linen once, which we could have done with at least once more to be honest but other than that no complaints and would truly recommend these aparts to anyone. They can be abit noisy at night as they are situated so close to everything but then anywhere in that area would be the same, and if you want to stay in the heart of Benidorm then you have to accept that. We did find it abit of a problem picking up the keys as they have to be collected from another hotel which is abit of a distance away, we found to far to walk and got a cab only 5 euros so not too bad. On the last day they came to check the apart and gave us our deposit back there and then. We go to Benidorm about twice a year and would definately stay there again.

La verdad es que pasamos unos maravillosos dias en Benidorm en este apartamento. Aunque no es muy grande si que es muy cmodo y est todo super recogido. La limpieza estupenda, la relacin con los dems vecinos excelente, y est a 2 linea de playa. Quizs la nica queja que tengamos sea que una vez dejado el apartamento nos indicaron otro sitio para dejar las maletas, y que pudieramos pasar el da en Benidorm y en la recepcin de ese sitio nos dijeron que ellos no tenian nada que ver, menos mal que el hombre de recepcin tuvo compasin y nos las guard.

The rooms were very spacious and well equipped with everything you would need for a great holiday.The location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach, shops and entertainment. I would definately recommend it as I could find no fault in anything.

Before I start, two weeks before I was due to stay at the Torre Gerona we got an e-mail stating we were being moved, we argued the fact we had booked 9 months in advance and was in a larger party but Nuevohogar the owners did not give a damn. They gave us two selections one above a nightclub and the other at the other side of benidorm or money back which was no good so late. As we was left with no choice,explanation or apology we opted for San Diego as we wanted to stay central, the apartments are very spacious and have all the facilities you need, the TV however has no british channels.The rooms donot have air conditioning so I would not like to stay here in peak season. There is lots of noise, from drunk revellers all through the night, so like us i'd buy ear plugs before you go especially if you are on a low floor.We would never use Nuevohogar who own sevral apartments again as their service is non existent. I must stress this is nothing to do with Benidorm Spotlight who also argued our case and were very supportive.

A very nice well placed block of apartments. A washing machine makes it suitable for longer stays, and the apartment is very well equipped, but we were surprised that there was no micro-wave. We were concerned that the lock has been removed from the main door into the block. This means that once an intruder is into the grounds they can gain entry to the building.We would probably use the apartments again, but the security could be better.

Excellent location for those not wanting to walk too far for the beach or nightlife. Simple but clean accomodation, plenty of room for 4 people, could accomodate 5 if needed. Safe and secure. If you want posh, pay more and go posh, but we found these to be adequate to our needs for a week in Beni. Enjoy! Oh, and if you have a car, make sure you ask for a key to get into the car park or you wont get in! We had to wait until the office was open in the morning to get one, but dont worry there is adequate street parking.

my wife and i where in the torre gerona apartments and we found ideal we realy enjoyed our stay. the apartment was first class and suited us very well, did not hear any noise during the night and was handy for the bars and restaurants,
we would certainly rebook these apartment on our next visit to benidorm.
with arriving late into benidorm (8-30pm) getting the keys was a bit of a chew but the taxi driver and lad at reception were very helpful. great holiday and hope to be back soon

Could not fault them. The only problem I had was not realsing one had to go a different location to get the key. Fortunately the bar opposite (Rockys) were helpful and I jumped in a taxi to pick up the keys but would have preferred not to do this. Apartments were clean very centrally located. Immense security as if were not staying there you certainly could not get in which was excellent. i would certainly stay there again but would get dropped off at key point pick up first and not the apartments. the beach,yet it was quiet at
nightime.The apartment was

We styed at the Torre Gerona appartments in March/April for 2 weeks. We had an appartment on the 5th floor and my mom had one on the 2nd floor. Both appartments were spotless, large and modern. There was also a small single room in both appartments which we were not expecting but it was a nice surprise. The appartments are in a central location close to all the bars and shops. The pool area is nice its just ashame there are no sun loungers, however we just lay on towels on the grass. My mom who usually finds something to moan about loved these appartments so they must be good. We would reccomend these appartments and we will definatly stay there again.

the appartments at torre gerona were first class and i would definatly stay there again.however i advise holidaymakers not to travel on a sunday as picking up the keys from some distance away can be a nightmare.also we are still awaiting our breakage deposit back despite a promise it would be sent on the day after our departure.

We stayed in these apartments in feb/march very central and at the time we went it was very quiet no central heating but electric heater was provided, i will stay here again but not in high season due to its central location,its a clean building with great views to the sea.
