Staff where very polite and helpful when required,room was bigger than expected spotlessly clean with everything we needed. A christmas gift from the staff was lovely. Overall I would very much consider the same accommodation if/when visiting Benidorm in the future.

Hi we had a fantastic holiday staying in these apartments. The staff were amazing - very courteous and ready to help with any questions. The apartments were spacious and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment at no extra cost. It was great and our stay was a restful one. The pool and hot tub were great and the apartments quiet. It was our first time self catering but we definitely go back again. You are stuck to returning to your hotel for meals but with self catering you dictate your timetable - Brilliant! In our apartment we had a balcony which was a real suntrap and the beach was one street away. These apartments are convieniently located in the shopping precinct right beside Lukas Market. There are 3 lifts in the complex which were brilliant, not to mention a laundry room where you could wash, tumble dry and iron all your clothing. I would like to say that the apartments cleanliness was pristine and we will definitely be returning again. There is bus stops outside the apartments and if you need advice on what number bus you have to get - just ask THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL - THANKYOU VINA DEL MAR FOR A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY.

We stayed at Vina del Mar apts in September 2011 for a week.
The location is fantastic - right on the Avenida medittaraneo and near to all bars restaurants, nightlife and the lovely levante beach.
The apartments were clean and spacious with lots of storage space and air conditioning which was a godsend on the warm humid nights. Huge balcony, but as we were on the third floor we had only a view of the trees outside so a higher floor would have been nice to see the lovely beach view. The 32" flat screen TV was a nice touch with at least 5 channels in English.
The pool was clean and nice size but was in the shade for the most part of the day so it was very cold and you had to go upstairs to the sundeck to catch any rays so we didnt use it much.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. All in all, I would definitely go back to these apartments and enjoyed my stay.

This was our 2nd stay at the Vina Del Mar after trying lots of other apartments and now would not stay anywhere else,spacious apt with sea views fully equipped, even full size fridge freezer and english tv channels ( true movies 1 & 2 + reality tv ) air con in lounge and large fan supplied for bedroom and all spotlessly clean, lovely pool area, lots of sun loungers, shaded areas and even free jacuzzi perfect for cooling down. There is a very large communal lounge provided free of charge for your use with tv large supply of books in several languages, comfy seating and toilet/wash facilities very handy if you have a later flight home, plus free use of laundry facilities.
These apartments are central for everything situated only one block from the beach surrounded by bars & shops but not troubled by noise and the manager and staff are really friendly, helpfull and polite.
To sum up if you want secure accommodation central for everything with lots of extras you wouldn't normally get these are for you. I can highly recommend to anyone with confidence.

anyone wishing to stay in apartments in benidorm this is the place to stay . will suit the young the old couples with young children we especially enjoyed the pool area suitable again for young old and young children .

I found the apartments to be located in an ideal position for access to the beach ,shopping areas and night life during my stay in Benidorm. The accommodations wre clean, well maintained and in the main, free from any behavioural problems which could give cause for concern. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpfull.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the Vina Del Mar Apartments to anyone searching for holiday accommodation in Benidorm.

9 girls stayed in these apartments in May...Have no bad words to say about them. The apartments were big and clean. The complex itself was great with swimming pool and roof terrace with hot tub(which we enjoyed).
The apartments were right in the middle of everywhere, just across the road from the beach and short walk to all the nightlife. Never had any problems at all.
If go back to Benidorm, would defo stay in these apartments again...

This is the 2nd time we have been to Vina del mar, the location is excellent for both the beach and nightlife.
The rooms are spacious and well maintained and the pool area and sun terrace are ideal.
Would certainly recommend this accommodation

We normally prefer to stay in the old town but this apartment was very reasonable so decided to stay at the"Rincon de Loix" end. The location on the main Avenida Mediterraneo is excellent. Our flar was spacious, had a huge balcony, and it faced the beach. What more could you ask for? Unfortunately it was a little cold so we couldn't use the spotless swimming pool. The reception staff were lovely, as were the girls who cleaned our room. All in all a thoroughly great stay in Benidorm!!

Stayed at the Vina Del Mar apartments for the first time 17th - 27th September 2010. This was the third visit this year to Benidorm and have stayed in a variety of accommodation over the years. These apartments are fantastic.

The staff were exceptional, polite, courteous at all times and more than helpful.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. There is constant running hot water so no running for the shower before everyone else in the block uses theirs. The pool is beautiful and spotless. There are loads of sun loungers and a seperate sun terrace which is a real sun trap (with a hot tub)!!!!

With only a 2min stroll to the beach and the same to Morgans Tavern the location was ideal.

If I had to mention any slight issues it would be the towel change however I asked at reception and within 5mins there were clean ones brought to the apartment.

There is a full size cooker, oven and fridge freezer. Microwave/combi, kettle, toaster and even a coffee maker. My friend and I took a trip to the new Iceland on the bus and did a shop, we saved a fortune! More to spend on Smirnoff I hasten to add.

I feel I also need to mention 'Spotlight'. it was the first time I had ever booked with them and everything went without a hitch and I will use them again without a doubt.

Would highly recommend to all ages.

Everything about the appartments is top class. As a family we go to Benidorm every year and have tried many different types of accomodation. The Vina Del Mar are without doubt the best we have experienced, even down to the facilities where we could store and charge up our mobility scooters which is very unusual for an appartment complex. All the staff are very friendly especially the lovely Anne-Marie. Our 3 week stay was absolutely superb and we will certainly be booking very shortly for next year.

Spent 2 weeks in Vina del Mar-had a fab time. Receptionists very helpful.
No shortage of towels -when asked for extra towels we were given these immediately.
Location is ideal as it is near all amentities.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment -very spacious.

Couldn't fault these apartments.

Would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to be near beach-nightlife next door -

The Vina Del mar apartments where fantastic.
Staff where out of this world, they where so lovely and kind and nothing was too much for them.
The apartments where lovely and clean with nice balcony,we where on the 11th floor and had a sea view.
The position is spot on, Couldn't get better,
Right on Mediteranio by the pubs and clubs but just far enough to be out of the noise,
Lovely and quite.
Nice pool area at the rear with a sun deck and cafe to serve you cool drinks or coffe etc.
Will definately be staying at the Vina del mar again.
FANTASTIC.

my husband and I stayed at the vina del mar apartments over the new year 2009 to 2010 location of these apartments was very central to bars and beach the standed of the apartments was very high very clean warm and bright reception was very helpfull and polite and could not do enough for you the pool area was spacious and clean all in all recommend these apartment to anyone yours mr / mrs parkin

just got back from the Vina del mar apartments.
These apartments have all that you may require for a self catering holiday. Plenty of room except in the kitchen although you did have all equipment necessary. OK if you eat out as we do, but if you want to cook not enough space. Great balconys. I was a bit worried obout the noise from the main road outside but we were on the 8th floor and even with the glass sliding balcony doors open it was no problem. English speaking reception staff made you feel very welcome, and nothing was to much trouble. Would visit these apartments again.

we would definately recommend these apartments to anyone, there were 4 of us sharing, myself, my husband, our son and my mother, the apartment had everything you could possibly need,it was only a 1 bed apartment but very spacious,great pool area and very friendly approachable staff. the only negative comment i would make is that as we were leaving before 9am there was no reception staff and i had to entrust the room keys and money i owed for a phone call to the restaurant staff next door.

We had a wonderful time in these apartments, the staff are very helpful nothing is to much trouble.
Excellent location, for the beach, nightlife and walks along the promenade.
We have used these apartments before and would not hesistate to book them again. The booking process with Benidorm Spotlight is very easy and confirmation is very quick.

Date of holiday was February 2009,cannot fault the Vina Del Mat in any way, from the moment we checked in at lunchtime, very friendly reception staff, night porter who would always acknowledge us, 2 bedroom apartment very clean and spacious, very close to the beach and nightlife but still quiet enough. We are definitely booking again for later in the year.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Full kitchen for self-catering. We were on the 6th floor, had an excellent view & relatively quiet, considering the location on Avenida Mediterraneo.
The staff are very friendly & efficient.
This was our first stay at these apartments, but will definitely not be our last.
Highly recommended A++++++.
