Klidný hotel

Dear Rober Palas, My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The entrance was very welcoming and the staff at reception very helpful. No-one could complain about the service, rooms, and cleanliness etc. The price we paid was extremely reasonable and we would recommend it to anyone. Indeed we have already done so.We hope to see you again in the near future.

We were really surprised how inviting the Hotel was,the staff were really friendly and although we did not totally understand each other we managed very well, a bit like charades at times...quite funny (not all the staff only spoke Spanish)so there were no difficulties. Our rooms were lovely and warm and even though the nights were cold outside we were warm inside. The food was excellent...breakfast - lunch - dinner, there was plenty of choice at each one. I only had one small complaint, and that was the food tended to be a little cold at times...but there was a micro-wave available for our own use. Really enjoyed our holiday, great value for money and will definitely be going again. WELL DONE ROBER PALAS. Norma and Bernard Holland and Friends
