1. Why Should I buy my tickets here?

To save you the aggravation of queuing, probably in the hot sun – and to have the satisfaction of knowing that one full day of your holiday is booked & paid for.

2. Why are the tickets for the Theme Parks valid for 1 week?

Each ticket for Terra Natura is valid for 1 week to allow you to choose which day during your holiday you want to go. After all, who knows what the weather will be like, you might prefer a lie-in, or maybe the kids are not in the mood? Whatever, by buying through Benidorm Spotlight, you have the flexibility to go when you wish to go!

3. When will the money be debited from my card?

You will be charged straight away for the full amount of the tickets. There are no extra or hidden charges for VISA.

4. Whose name will show up on my Credit Card account?

You will be billed by Benidorm Spotlight S.L. whose name will show up on your Credit Card account.

5. What Credit Cards can I use to pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard / Eurocard and Visa Electron.

6. Whose name goes on the ticket?

The Credit Card holder must buy the ticket in his own name.

7. Can I buy tickets for more than 1 person?

Yes of course, simply select the number of people you want on each ticket. If you are booking for more than one person, the Credit Card holder is responsible for all the persons on the ticket. No person will be able to enter to the venue without the Credit Card holder - there are NO exceptions to this rule.

8. Can I buy tickets for other people as a present?

No. The Credit Card holder must enter the venue with all other persons. No person will be able to enter to the venue without the Credit Card holder - there are NO exceptions to this rule.

9. When do I receive the tickets?

You print your tickets straight away at the moment of purchase. If you lose your tickets or are unable to print them, full instructions on how to print your tickets again are included in your confirmation email.

10. What if I don't have a printer?

Then please go to a friend who has a printer and buy your ticket there. All tickets must be printed out and brought to the venue. (The ticket does not have to be printed in colour).

11. What kind of ID should I bring with me?

The Credit Card holder must present a Photo ID card which clearly shows his/her name with a recent photo, at the venue entrance. E.g. Driving Licence with Photo, Personal ID Card, Work ID Card. He or she must sign the ticket at the Entrance before entering the venue.

12. What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of the cancellation or closure of an event by the organiser/venue, the full value of the ticket will be refunded. You will be advised of the cancellation by email.

13. What happens if I lose my tickets or need to cancel?

14. Can I change my ticket?

Your ticket is valid for the dates specified only and cannot be transferred under any conditions. If you have any questions please contact us

This online shop is run and hosted by Benidorm Spotlight.

16. How do I get to Terra Natura?

Easily reached from Benidorm by bus lines 21 &22, or by road, you can take the AP-7 motorway (exits 65 or 65A, depending whether you’re coming from Valencia or Alicante respectively) or the N-332 highway. By train, the Railway Network of the Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) has a stop at Terra Natura–Terra Mitica (where buses leave for the park).

17. How long does it take to get around?

On average, about 4 hours. We therefore recommend you set aside a full day for your visit.

18. What shows can you see?

There is a wide variety of shows such as the Flying Pole, the birds of prey in flight, the Mariachis, etc.which are repeated at various times throughout the day, as well as ‘ad hoc’ performances. Anything could happen at anytime, it’s all part of the show and there are no restrictions on the size of the stage!

19. What kind of food is available?

A wide range, from our à la carte restaurant to various self-service outlets, bars and cafés... you can enjoy our wide selection of speciality dishes, sandwiches and snacks.

20. What else can I do at Terra Natura?

There is a choice of activities including donkey rides, the Poisonous Creatures exhibition, educational talks with our monitors, etc. All of these are free of charge. Other activities such as the Flying Fox and Swimming with Sharks can be enjoyed at a very reasonable price.

21. What other services are there?

Shopping collection service, so you don’t have to lug bags around with you and can collect all your purchases when you leave (free of charge).
Locker rental for leaving clothes and other belongings (in the Pangea zone).
Baby buggy rental for infants who are not yet walking or children who get tired easily.
ATMs and telephones.
Rental of electric carts for senior citizens or people with reduced mobility
Medical service for emergencies.

22. Are there any facilities for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, people with reduced mobility can enjoy the Park exactly the same as other visitors. As well as eliminating any architectural barriers, we have arranged dedicated seating for the show and the Park has a special flying fox and an innovative children’s play area (the Children’s Temple) adapted for children with disabilities. We also have a series of special services such as reserved parking, adapted washrooms and wheelchairs. The Customer Service office can give you information on any possible restrictions or recommendations.
