Accommodation consists of one-bedroom apartments for 2 to 4
people and studios for 2 or 3. Each has full bathroom, air conditioning and heating,
Satellite TV, direct dial phone and the option to hire a safety deposit box from
the reception staff (8 am - 11 pm).

There's also a well-equipped kitchenette, modern and functional,
with toaster, microwave, kettle, vitro and fridge - perfect for breakfasts, snacks
or even light meals out on the balcony.

The social centre of Las Terrazas de Albir is definitely the
pool and bar area. The sun terrace has stylish chairs and tables; relax with
a drink under a giant parasol, and the teak deckchairs are just so inviting.
The small pool is great for a cooling dip or a splash around
with the kids, who also have their own play area, while the Jacuzzi is just perfect
for relaxing.

The beach-shack style pool bar serves up drinks throughout the
day to the sunny terrace or the air-conditioned indoor salon with flat screen
TV.
Guests can also provide their own entertainment, on the pool
tables, games room or via Wi-fi Internet access.

Las Terrazas de Albir is perfect for families and friends in
summer, whilst older folk prefer to visit in the low season to take advantage
of Albir's mild climate.
The little seaside town itself has a lovely promenade and wherever
you go there are good quality restaurants, cafes & bars. The exciting nightlife
of Benidorm is but 10 minutes away and it’s also close to some excellent
golf courses.
