The apartments are located in an excellent position in the Levante area only 250 metres from the sandy Levante beach with all the water sports including the unique Cableski.


 

Just around the corner you'll find plenty of cafeterías, restaurants and a supermarket: the town centre with all it's many attractions is about 15 minutes walk and the bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk.

 

With two lifts to the 16 floors the
49 apartments have a separate twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the salon for a 3rd or 4th person, all apartments have terraces, and, above the 7 th floor, nearly all have sea views.

 

There's a complete bathroom and a kitchen with 4-point ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge / freezer (ice for those chilled drinks!) and, in a utility room, a washing machine and rinsing basin.

Fans, safety deposits boxes, cots, and satellite TV can be rented if wanted and a public telephone can be found in the lobby.

 

 

Surrounded by a lawn with showers, the swimming pool for adults and children can be used throughout the summer months.

Dear Sir/Madam,We enjoyed our apt immensely. The apt was spotless,with everything in place. We would not hesitate to return,and we must say that the lady in the Nuevohogar office was most welcoming when we arrived.Keep the good work up,and we will most certainly be back for one week before the end of the year.I must also say "God bless Spain" for winning the world cup.Ole! I BOOKED 2 ROOMS FOR EIGHT BLOKES FOR 4 NIGHTS GOT TO TORRE GERONA APARTMENTS WERE TOPNOTCH BUT WHERE U PICK THE KEYS UP IS A BIT OF A WALK IF U DONT KNOW WHERE YOUR GOING !
