Prices Low Season

Prices are based on a stay of 7 nights.
If you book for less than 7 nights there is a supplement of 50 euros

Stay of less than 7 nights NOT possible in July or August.

Refundable Breakage deposit of 200 euros payable on arrival

KEYS & DEPOSIT:
During Office Hours: If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 9.30-19.30 h; Saturday 9.00- 14.00 h), please collect the keys from the Nuevohogar Office at the Acuarium II Apartments, Calle Juan Fuster 3.
Outside Office Hours: (Mon-Fri after 19:30 h; Saturday after 14:00 h; all day Sunday) on arrival keys are collected from the reception of the Alpha Apartments open 24 hours, on the corner of Calle Kenedy and Avenida de Cuenca.
From 18th of June to 15th of September the Nuevhogar office will be open
Monday - Friday 9.30 - 20.00 h and Saturday 9.00 - 19.00 h (Sunday closed).
